TeleTech Buys Company
Englewood, Colorado-based TeleTech Holdings said Thursday afternoon that it has acquired the Integrated Contact Solutions Business unit of eLoyalty. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. TeleTech said the unit had revenues in 2010 in excess of $54M. ICS provides consulting, systems integration, and application development.
