TeleTech Names VP
Denver-based TeleTech Holdings said this morning that it has named Keith Gallacher as its new Executive Vice President Global Markets and Industries. TeleTech, which helps companies manage their customer support and customer back office, said Gallacher joins the firm from Accenture, where he was a partner and Managing Director. Gallacher also has served at Cognizant Technology Solutions, CSC Consulting and HP/EDS.
