Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications said Thursday that its services are being used by FOX Sports and the NFL, for delivering live, high-definition television broadcasts. Level 3 said the two are using its Vyvx VenuNet+ technology in its broadcasts, directly connecting the stadium in Arlington, Texas, with its fiber optic network. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Level 3 said it has been used to deliver the Super Bowl for 22 consecutive years.
