TechStars Finds Boston Director
Boulder-based TechStars, the business mentoring and incubation effort, has landed a new Managing Director for the firm's efforts in Boston. According to TechStars, it has named Katie Rae, co-founder and Managing Director at emerging seed fund Project 11, as its Managing Director in Boston. The new appointment comes only a couple of weeks after current Boston Director Shawn Broderick told the group he'd be departing to spend more time on his own startup. Rae also is a lecturer at MIT, and an organizer of the Boston Open Angel Forum.
