Alanco Divests TSI PRISM
Scottsdale, Arizona-based Alanco Technologies said today that it has completed a divestiture of its subsidiary, Alanco/TSI PRISM, which develops RFID inmate tracking technology for the correctoins market. The firm said it sold TSI PRISM's asset and business to Black Creek Integrated Systems. The deal was worth $2M in cash and potential earnout of between $0.5 to $1.0M. The firm said the move completes its asset divestiture program, and will focus the firm on its wireless asset management business.
