Alpha Bay Hires Investment Bank, Looks For Acquisitions
Salt Lake City-based Alpha Bay, a developer of software for the retail market, said late Thursday that it is looking to acquire companies, and has hired on an investment banker as part of the effort. According to Alpha Bay, it has engaged William Blair & Company to help its drive strategic growth through partnerships and targeted acquisitions. The firm said the move comes as it looks to "aggressively target additional growth" through acquisitions, after finding organic growth too slow.
