inContact Wins Call Center Outsourcer
Salt Lake City, Utah-based inContact, a publisher of hosted contact center software and agent optimization tools, revealed this morning that it has signed Vector BPO as a client. The financial impact of the new business was not reported. Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, Vector BPO operates outsourced call centers in Reno and the Philippines. According to inContact, Vector BPO will deploy inContact's Automated Call Distributor and Workforce Management solutions to more than 800 seats in the coming months. Vector BPO serves mid-size U.S. businesses.
