DigitalGlobe Loses Director To Obama
Longmont, Colorado-based DigitalGlobe, a provider of satellite imaging to both commercial and government entities, said Wednesday that Judith McHale has resigned from the firm's board of directors. McHale is resigning from the board after accepting a position from the Obama administration as Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs. McHale has been on DigitalGlobe's board since July of 2008. McHale was at private equity fund GEF/Africa Growth Fund, and had also been President and CEO of Discovery Communications.
