Omniture Snags Former Yahoo Exec
Orem, Utah-based web analytics software provider Omniture Inc. announced this week that it has hired Ron Belanger as vice president of worldwide agency sales, snagging the marketing veteran from Internet giant Yahoo!. Belanger was most recently vice president of agency development for Yahoo!, and also served as vice president of search and affiliate marketing for Carat Interactive. Belanger also currently co-chairs the IAB Search Committee and is a member of the Search Engine Strategies Advisory Board and SEMPO's board of advisors. Omniture is a developer of web analytics and optimization software.
