Allegiance Gets Texas Customer
Salt Lake City-based Allegiance, a publisher of customer feedback management software, revealed Tuesday that a regional banking firm from Texas has selected an Allegiance application to improve customer retention and loyalty. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Allegiance identified its newest client as Frost Bank, the Lone Star State's largest Texas-based banking organization operating solely within that state's borders. According to Allegiance, Frost maintains more than 100 locations throughout the state. The company is using Allegiance's CustomerPulse and ActiveSurvey applications to listen to customers and actively monitor their needs, Allegiance said.
