Allegiance Wins Oregon Agency
Salt Lake City-based Allegiance, the developer of customer feedback software, reported today that it has signed the State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services. Allegiance did not announce financial details of the customer win, but said that the state is using its products to identify process improvements and increase customer satisfaction at the agencies it serves. Allegiance helps companies collect feedback from customer, employees, partners, and others in an anonymous way.
