NewGator Scores Widget Win With National Geographic
Denver-based RSS and widget software firm NewsGator Technologies has scored a deal with National Geographic, the firm announced today. NewsGator said that it is in a partnership with National Geographic on a "viral widget" campaign. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. NewsGator's widgets will be syndicated through major media sites. According to NewsGator, the widgets include OurShot, widget for highlighting photos from National Geographic; YourShot, which features user submitted photos; and a puzzle widget.
