Fluensee Acquires TrenStar Tracking Solutions
Denver-based Fluensee, a publisher of RFID-enabled asset-tracking software, announced Monday that it has acquired fellow asset management software developer TrenStar Tracking Solutions. Terms of the deal, which included TrenStar's North American operations, assets, customers and intellectual property, were not disclosed. Fluensee said the transaction increases its footprint in the beverage, brewery and synthetic rubber markets. The acquisition also enables Fluensee to immediately offer a scalable asset management solution in a hosted, software-as-a-service format, the company added. TrenStar is also headquartered in the Denver area.
