LifeLock Adds Google CFO to Board
Personal identity theft protection service provider LifeLock reported Thursday that it has appointed Google executive George Reyes to its board of directors. Reyes, who becomes LifeLock's sixth board member, is currently the online search engine's senior vice president and chief financial officer. He also serves on Symantec Corp.'s board, LifeLock noted. Prior to Google, Reyes held finance-oriented positions with ONI Systems and Sun Microsystems. Headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, LifeLock is a privately held company backed by Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers.
