LifeLock Enhances Identity Theft Services
Tempe-based identity theft prevention firm LifeLock has enhanced the firm's services, the company said Tuesday, saying that it has begun to search the Internet for people's social security numbers, credit card numbers, and other personal information. The new services are available for no charge to existing members. According to LifeLock, the new eRecon service has already begun operating. Lifelock pointed to the online sale of personal records information, and problems with theft of change of address forms at the post office.
