ACI Electronics Acquired By Arrow
Denver, Colorado-based ACI Electronics LLC, a independent distributor of electronic components, has been acquired by Arrow Electronics. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Arrow, ACI has approximately 60 employees and had total sales of apprximately $60M in 2007. Arrow Electronics is a major electronic components distributor based in Melville, New York. According to Arrow, the acquisition will be immediately accretive to the firm's 2008 earnings. ACI serves the defense and aerospace market, including supplying components for the military and commercial aircraft systems market.
