AxisPointe Acquires Asset Evolution
Salt Lake City, Utah-based AxisPointe, which provides a suite of offerings for post-construction services for homebuilders, said today that it has acquired Asset Evolution, a provider of technology for the real estate sector. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AxisPointe's offerings include an online service for outsourcing post-construction warranty and document management, outsourced call centers, and outsourced final walk-throughs for home builders. Asset Evolution, which was based in Orem, develops asset management technology for managing real estate facilities and fixed assets.
