AxisPointe Inc. reported Wednesday that it has appointed Lloyd "Buzz" Waterhouse to its board of directors. The Salt Lake City, Utah-based asset lifecycle management software publisher categorized Waterhouse as a veteran business executive who was most recently president and chief executive officer of Harcourt Education. Before Harcourt, AxisPointe said, he was CEO of The Reynolds and Reynolds Co. He has also held various management positions at IBM, AxisPointe added. Waterhouse also serves on the boards of The Atlantic Mutual Companies, Digimarc Corp., i2 Technologies and Penn State's Smeal College.
