SANZ Files For Bankruptcy
Englewood, Colorado-based SAN Holdings, a storage systems integrator, quietly filed for bankruptcy last week. In an 8-K filing with the SEC, SAN Holdings said that it has filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. The firm said that Todd Oseth, the firm's CEO, President, and Chairman has also resigned from the company, along with the firm's CFO, and independent directors. SANZ was a provider of storage integration services for the enterprise market.
