SANZ Sells Unit To SPADAC
SPADAC Inc., a provider of predictive and geo-intelligence analysis products and services, has purchased SANZ Inc.'s EarthWhere business unit, SANZ's parent company reported Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. EarthWhere is an application that automates the management of geospatial data, including elevation models, scanned maps, satellite imagery and aerial photography. EarthWhere is a business unit of Solunet Storage Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of SANZ. SPADAC is based in McLean, Va. SANZ is storage integrator headquartered in Englewood, Colorado.
