Zayo Bandwidth Acquires Indiana Fiber Works
Louisville, Colorado-based communications firm Zayo Bandwidth said today that it has acquired Indiana Fiber Works. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Indiana Fiber Works is a provider of fiber interconnections in Indiana , including Indianapolis, Gary, Ft. Wayne and South Bend. The acquisition comes shortly after the acquisition of PPL Telcom and Memphis Networx by Zayo, and the pending acquisition of Onvoy. Zayo Bandwidth is backed by Columbia Capital, M/C Venture Partners, Oak Investment Partners, Battery Ventures and Centennial Ventures.
