MediConnect Global Inc., a developer of medical records retrieval and delivery software-as-a-service, announced Monday that it has hired William E. Donahoo as chief marketing officer. MediConnect said Donahoo will supervise sales management, channel distribution, marketing communications and strategy development and execution. He also will oversee the company’s brand development, including advertising, merchandising, direct marketing, creative services and customer acquisition and retention, MediConnect said, adding that Donahoo previously worked for BMC Software, CyberSource and Novell Inc. MediConnect Global is headquartered in Salt Lake City.
