iBAHN Names New EMEA VP, Managing Director
Salt Lake City-based iBAHN, a broadband service provider to international business travelers, has appointed Thomas Weiss as vice president and managing director for its locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the company said Wednesday. Weiss joins IBAHN from Juniper Networks, where he served as head of sales and emerging technologies for Juniper’s EMEA operations. Prior to that position, Weiss worked for Peribit Networks, Nortel Networks, Hoffmann-La-Roche and IBM. Weiss replaces Graeme Powell, who assumes a new role as IBAHN’s senior vice president for corporate development and finance, EMEA. Weiss will be based in Munich, the company added.
