WisperTel Acquires BroadSpoke
Wisper Telecommunications Inc., also known as WisperTel, has acquired KLNT Enterprises LLC, WisperTel reported Monday. Under the name of BroadSpoke, KLNT provides wireless Internet service in the Morrison and southwest Littleton areas of Colorado. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. WisperTel stated that as a result of the acquisition it is now one of Colorado's largest wireless ISPs. Founded in 2001, WisperTel is headquartered in Evergreen, Colo., and serves some 4,000 customers.
