Venafi Gets $5M
Draper, Utah-based Venafi said today that it has raised $5M in a Series B funding round led by Foundation Capital. Prior investors Origin Partners and UV Partners also participated in the round, according to the firm. Venafi said that the investment brings the firm's total raised to over $16M in the last two rounds. Venafi is a provider of encryption management software. Bill Elmore of Foundation and Mark Shull, former CEO of Digex and MarkMonitor, join the firm's board as part of the funding.
