Venafi Taps IBM For Security Technology
Salt Lake City-based Venafi, which develops encryption management software, said today that it has inked an OEM agreement with IBM, to incorporate IBM's Tivoli Key Lifecycle Manager (TKLM) into its products. Financial details of the arrangement were not disclosed. Venafi said it will integrate IBM's TKLM software to manage security keys on IBM tape and disk storage devices. Venafi's software is used to automate certifications and security keys for software applications. IBM's technology will be integrated into Venafi's System Management for Encryption product.
