Fluensee Buys Mobitrac
Englewood, Colorado-based Fluensee announced this morning that it has acquired Illinois-based Mobitrac, a provider of next-generation transportation execution systems. Fluensee, which develops RFID asset management tools, did not disclose financial details of the acquisition. Fluensee said it will integrate Mobitrac's systems into its supply chain suite. Mobitrac provides order management, routing and dispatch, optimization, and other software targeted at fleets. Fluensee is developing RFID-enabled supply chain management software, and is backed by DFJ Mercury and IllinoisVENTURES.
