Phoenix, Arizona-based SmarterTools has named a new CEO. The company said this week that Tim Uzzanti has been named as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Uzzanti was most recently CEO of CrystalTech Web Hosting, a provider of Microsoft Windows hosting. SmarterTolls develops software used by ISPs and web hosting providers to monitor and automate their business.
