Aurora Redevelopment Agency Gets First Tenant
The Fitzsimons Redevelopment Agency (FRA) said yesterday that it has signed its first tenant for its newly renovated 25,000 square-foot building in its bioscience park in Aurora Colorado. FRA has signed DMI Biosciences, an Englewood Colorado-based biopharmaceuticals company as its first tenant. The Fitsimmons Redevelopment Authority is a joint partnership of the City of Aurora and the University of Colorado to manage the former Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. The agency is looking to use the redeveloped center and labs for bioscience companies. DMI is developing small molecule and peptide-based pharmaceuticals and biomarkers for acute and chronic inflammation.
