ZTEC Instruments Acquired By LitePoint

Albuquerque, New Mexico- and Orlando, Florida-based wireless test products developer ZTEC Instruments has been acquired by wireless test products firm LitePoint, LitePoint announced this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. ZTEC provides modular wireless test products used in the aerospace and defense market. LitePoint said the deal will help expand its market to include design verification testing (DVT). LitePoint is a part of semiconductor test firm Teradyne.
