Zinch Acquired By Chegg

Provo, Utah-based Zinch, an online site which connects prospective college and graudate students to scholarships, has been acuqired by Chegg, the online education site, Chegg said Thursday. Financial terms of the buy were disclosed. Zinch is headed by Anne Dwane, and was venture backed by New World Ventures. The firms said they expect the deal to be completed by the end of the month.
