Zayo Buys 360Networks

Louisville, Colorado-based Zayo Group said Friday that it has agreed to acquire 360networks Holdings (USA) Inc., a Seattle-based fiber network and telecom services provider. Zayo did not disclose financial terms of the deal. According to Zayo, the buy is the largest of the 17 acquisitions it has made since inception. As part of the deal, Zayo said it plans to spin off 360networks VOIP operations to OVS.
