Zayo Profits, Revenues Grow

Privately held telecom provider Zayo Group, based in Louisville, Colorado and headed by Dan Caruso, has announced its second fiscal quarter results, saying it had a gross profit of $57.2M on revenues of $77.9M. The firm's second fiscal quarter ended December 31st. The revenues grew by 54 percent on an annual basis, giving the firm annual revenues of $311.5M. Zayo said its growth came via merger and acquisitions, as well as network expansion. Zayo has been publicly reporting its results, despite being publicly held, for some time.
