Zayo Prices IPO, To Trade Today

Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo priced its IPO late Thursday evening at $19.00 per share, below its estimated $21.00 to $24.00 pricing range, and will start trading this morning on the New York Stock Exchange as ZAYO. The company--which operates a very extensive, dark fiber network, colocation services, and other related bandwidth services--raises around $400M in the public offering, which came on a very rough week for the stock markets. Zayo was founded by Dan Caruso.
