ZARS In Agreement With Endo Pharmaceuticals

Salt Lake City Utah-based ZARS Pharma said this morning that it has entered into a license agreement with Endo Pharmaceuticals. Endo Pharmaceuticals will get exclusive marketing rights to ZARS topical patch, used as a local anesthetic in dental procedures. ZARS Syndera patch is used to provide lcoal derman analgesia in both adults and children. ZARS said that it will receive both milestone payments and a royalty on product sales. ZARS is developing technology for delivering drugs through patch-based products, and is targeting pain management and dermatology.
