ZAGG Names Board Members

Salt Lake City-based ZAGG, the publicly held mobile accessory and protective case manufacturer, said this morning that it has named two new directors to its board. The firm said it has added Dan Maurer, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Group, at Intuit, and Todd Heiner, founder and CEO of Express Locations LLC to its board. Maurer is an independent director for the firm; he's also served at Procter & Gamble and Campbell's Soup. Heiner is also an independent director: his firm, Express locations, is a major T-Mobile retailer. Heiner also has served at Western Wireless, Pacific Northwest Cellular, and VoiceStream Wireless.
