X-IO Bolsters Board, Executives

Colorado Springs-based data storage products maker X-IO said this morning that it has added new members to its board and strategic advisors. According to X-IO, the appointments included the addition of storage veterans Bill Miller and Matt Bross to the board, Alasatir MacWillson as a strategic advisor, and the promotion of Richard (Richie) Lary as Chief Technical Officer. Miller is founder and managing partner of Miller Investment Partners and PV Ventures, and was co-founder of StorageNetworks. Bross is Chairman and CEO of Compass-EOS; MacWillson is Chair of The Institute of Information Security Professionals (IISP) and also had served at Accenture. Lary has been at X-IO since 2009
