WOW! Buys NuLink

Denver-based WOW! Internet, Cable and Phone, the high speed broadband and phone provider, has acquired Nulink an Atlanta-based provider of high speed Internet services, according to the company. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. NuLink serves over 34,000 homes and businesses in Newnan, Georgia. NuLink had been owned by Halyard Capital. WOW! is led by Steven Cochran; the company was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the deal; NuLink was represented by Waller Capital Partners LLC, Garrett M. Baker Advisors LLC and Locke Lord LLP.
