Wisetail Acquired By Alchemy Systems

Bozeman, Montana-based Wisetail, a developer of learning management software used by restaurants, retailers, and franchises to educate and train employees in their company culture, has been acquired by Texas-based Alchemy Systems, Alchemy announced Wednesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Alchemy said it will continue to grow Wisetail's operations in Bozeman, where it will operate as a unit of Alchemy. ALchemy provides training software for the food and retail sector. Wisetail's clients include ShakeShack, BJs Restaurants, Jamba Juice, Einstein Bros. Bagels, The Cheesecake Factory, Bonobos, and SoulCycle.
