Windsor Management Group Acquired By Texas Firm

Tempe, Arizona-based Windsor Management Group, a developer of financial and human resources management software for the K-12 education market, has been acquired by Texas-based software firm Tyler Technologies. Tyler said that it paid $23.5M in cash for Windsor, which had total revenues of $12M in 2010, including $7.8M in recurring revenues. Tyler said that Windsor's approximately 60 employees will join the firm. Windsor Management Group was headed by Bruce Borcher.
