Webroot Buys Prevx

Boulder-based Internet security software firm Webroot said Monday that it has acquired Prevx, a UK-based developer of anti-malware products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Webroot said it will integrate Prevx's technology into its cloud security services. Prevx is based in Derby, England, and offers up cloud-based malware protection products.
