Webroot Finds Malware Disruption Widespread

Boulder, Colorado-based Webroot Software released a new report this week finding that 43 percent of companies it surveyed have suffered business disruption due to malware. The firm also found that over 1.7 percent of the 250 million URLs around the world harbor malware. Malware is sotware which is designed to steal business information, passwords, and other information. Webroot, a maker of security software, releases a security report every quarter.
