Webroot Adds Postini CEO To Board

Boulder-based Webroot Software said Monday that it has named Quentin Gallivan, the former CEO of email security firm Postini, to its board of directors. Postini was sold to Google in July of last year, in a deal worth $625M in cash. Webroot is a developer of web security software, including anti-spyware tools; the firm has received backing from Technology Crossover Ventures, Accel Partners, and Mayfield.
