WebPT Buys Therabill

Phoenix, Arizona-based WebPT, which develops web-based, electronic medical records software for therapists, has acquired Therabill, a developer of practice management software for physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and behavioral health specialists. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Therabill had been based in Grayslake, Illinois. WebPT said the buy will help it deliver an "all-encompassing" software platform for therapists. WebPT is led by Paul Winandy.
