WealthTouch Acquired by Archway

Denver-based WealthTouch, a provider of consolidated investment reporting services for the advisors to ultra high net worth families and family offices, has been acquried by software company Archway Technology, the companies said Friday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Archway said the buy will help it in growing in the wealth management industry.
