weBoost Rolls 7 Day Support, Extended Hours

St. George-based cellular signal booster developer weBoost--better known to most as the former Wilson Electronics--said Thursday that it is expanding its customer support operations, and will now provide seven days a week of support, plus extended hours through the week. The company said it now offers up 8 a.m. to 9 p.m support Eastern Monday through Friday, plus support from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern on Saturday and Sunday. The company said the move comes as people were researching, setting up, and setting up those cell signal boosters on their days off or after the typical workday. The company is reacting to an overall trend of customer expecting near 24/7 customer support from companies.
