Vivint Smart Home Names COO

Provo, Utah-based Vivint Smart Home, which provides "smart" home services, announced this morning that it has named Scott Hardy as its Chief Operating Officer. Hardy was most recently Senior Vice President of Inside Sales at Vivint, and prior to that had been at consulting and marketing firm Cicero Group LP, along with serving at McKinsey & Company and Monitor Group, Cisco, Tandberg and NCH Partsmaster Europe. The company said he will be responsible for such areas as customer care, monitoring, field service and business analytics at Vivint Smart Home.
