ViaWest Names Operations VP

Denver-based ViaWest, a provider of colocation and managed services, reported today that it has hired up a new Senior Vice President of Data Center Operations. The firm said it has named Dave Leonard to the position, overseeing its 16 data center facilities, plus future expansion and new construction. Leonard joins the firm from Infocrossing, where he was Senior Vice President and CTO. He has also served at (i)Structure, and Corporate Express. ViaWest has operations in Colorado, Texas, Utah, Nevada, and Oregon.
