Ventive Buys Pluto

Boise, Idaho-based Ventive, a provider of customer software design services, said Wednesday morning that it has acquired fellow Boise product design firm Pluto. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Ventive, Pluto provided interactive product design, web development, digital strategy, and ecommerce services to small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies. Ventive is led by CEO Jonathan Cardella.
