TriZetto Acquires Gateway EDI

Greenwood Village, Colorado-based TriZetto Group reported this morning that it is in a deal to acquire Gateway EDI, a provider of healthcare revenue cycle management services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Gateway EDI is based in St. Louis. TriZetto said that Gateway EDI will be operated as an independent subsidiary, with its existing leadership team.
